@karthikbans Rocketlaunchers are Cheap and they get lots of Rockets/Rounds down to the Ground very Fast(10 in 20 sec.)
And i guess that they produce quiet a lot of Shrapnel due to their Size :P
You just need to make sure to Fire enough Rockets to everything you want to ^^ or a Big enough Target ...

@Onriom Diplomatic in a sense of makeing whole imperial populations revolte against the Empire and then ocuping their Worlds.
If you dont think of them as agressive the Water Caste did a Good job.
And that is good as the Tau realy dont want any Imperial Atention to them.
