Yeah, it was interesting how freakish scary Daimar looked (and how easily he defeated He-Man in that capturing field). The way he "came over" and turned against Skeletor was a little cheesy, but all in all cool how the writers and animators pulled a surprise with this nasty-loo...
Thanks for that info. Bummer that all that never went ahead, maybe they'll try to revive the series again at some point. (Sometimes it takes a few outings to draw together the audience).
Also some examples not involving a deadly supervillain being offed. The Nerfs in Game Plan giving Negator "everything they've got," disappearing with the power transfer. Nerfs, Horde Troopers, Shokoti, Evilseed were sentient and individual, but maybe the animators got a "pass"...
