Well, hmm......
schizandra is an awesome herb, I use it all of the time. It mixes fine with all of the other substances mentioned too. As for what it's intended to treat I can't really tell (liver cleanse?). Is this a nutritionist or something else?
The seawater seems like a cool Idea. I have to try some!
The barley is a little concerning to me, as in my humble opinion any type of gluten would be a bad idea. Unless...she has some specific reason for it.
