The Shooting Stars
The Shooting Stars are a selection of household names that have filled every generation with entertainment over the last 40 years including Diddy David Hamilton, Ed Stewpot Stewart, Mike Read and other popular radio favorites. Slade's very own Dave Hill also appears in the music video!
The Perfect Christmas mix!
Veteran rocker Roy Wood, has been writing hits since the 60s and has had hits with The Move, The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) and of course, Wizzard for whom he wrote and produced their recurring festive hit I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday.
As well as broadcasting successfully for several of the UKs favorite stations, Mike Read is also a songwriter and had his work recorded by David Essex, Beach Boy - Brian Wilson, Leo Sayer, Sir Cliff Richard, Gene Pitney and Bee Gees Robin and Barry Gibb.
Elliott Frisby completes the trio of songwriters of this festive treat. The up and coming Singer and Songwriter has appeared on an album alongside Cliff Richard, David Essex, Don McLean, performed around the globe and alongside many legendary artists, as well as a lengthy stint in Nashville TN.
Add to this a handful of Radio One Djs, Slade's Dave Hill and Mr. Christmas, the man who celebrates Christmas all year round, and you have the perfect festive mix!
The Charity
The CD consists of 2 original songs, and all the profits will be donated to, The Shooting Star Children's Hospice.
