When did Rick do this song? I thought I knew every song he ever recorded, but just now discovered this one - 2011. I hope to discover more. I always wanted more. I sometimes think about what a great collection we would have if he were still recording today.

GREAT TUNE! I loved it when it originated and love it today. The Searchers had a unique sound. The just don't make 'em like this anymore. I love the guitar sounds, the drum sounds, and the vocals! I learned what "chords" are from their music. I can clearly hear them, unlike any other "sounds".

I can hardly believe I am the first to comment on this. I have wondered for years who wrote this song. He was an extraordinary man and super rock and roller.

I never understood this song. It seems like it is may be from a special show or theater. This is definitely not his style, perhaps a satire. So, tell me, someone, what is it, why was it recorded, and what does it mean.

I have been considering moving there someday. About the song, I especially like this version with the change of tempo to fast and back again to slow, emphasizing his voice.

This song demonstrated Rick's voice range. I love when he sang "Dinah" at 1:43 and on to 1:50 and repeated near the end. I wish this and all of his videos were in color. It's still great to listen and watch.
