3) I have no definite answer for you for this, though I can suggest that if ''Eternal'' means outside of time then we can suggest that time itself is a part of creation and God exists outside of time

@sk1ll3tfr34k All this was when the OT law was given, this is the old covenant of Law where mankind failed - we as Christians are now under the new covenant of Grace where Jesus Christ has done it all for us!
