My name is Christal Marie. this is where I will be journaling, rambling, but mostly sharing my stories and my knowledge....Im currently embarking on a journey to a better life and hope that by sharing my experience(s), help others heal as well. :)

I hate the word "suffer" because i refuse to let my disorders victimize me, but in reality, they do cause a great amount of pain. I "suffer" from OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and (surprise!) Bipolar Disorder......

if you know me personally, you wouldn't think i have these disorders because I am a very driven, outspoken, artistic, socially involved, friendly, funny and outgoing person...given that, its been a bit hard for me to be open about my struggles, but i am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, and more than anything i am tired of being silent.

I want to help others, i want to help myself. i want to teach people how very important it is to care about the people in your life and support each other in building our stories....better stories of becoming the best we can be, no matter our circumstances.

I am a surivor before i am a sufferer.
