This game looks incredible through s-video. To get s-video working on a PAL Wii you have to either load it through Gecko or Neogamma and change the video setting to NSTC. You have to put the actual s-video pin in after the game has booted or else it'll just be black and white.

It's true the graphics are about half decent PS2 standard. FFXII looks twice as good as this but the gameplay makes up for it. There's a great sense of freedom and possibility.
