Huston, we have a problem. The streets of Space City hadn't heard real music until the sound of Chris Huston resonated through their ears. Born and raised in Houston, TX, this young man knows what the people of his city and across the globe want to hear. He has been compared to the likes of Usher and Chris Brown because of his dance and style. With a melody unlike any other, Huston constantly strives to be different with his music. Typical, is not in the vocabulary. Huston seeks to make the genre of Pop and R&B the greatest sound one can hear.
After he linked up with Super Producer Terry "T.A." Allen in 2009, the hits started rolling in. Allen has produced for big name artists such as, Young Jeezy , Slim Thug, LeToya Luckett, and Gorilla Zoe just to name a few. Huston began putting a few songs online for friends and family to hear, (the first being his premiere hit "Futuristic Lover") only to have his music leaked, exploding over the internet appearing on websites such as guttahiphop.com and rnb4u.com, and international web sites from Germany to Japan, streaming his music all around the world.
After the buzz got around, Huston was asked to perform his first gig at the House of Blues in August of 2010. He sold out the crowd at his very first show and continues to perform at various venues all around the city. Huston is not only a singer, but also a songwriter and choreographer. He writes his own music and choreographs all his performances. Huston started off a dancer performing with his crew various places back in 2005, and soon branched off to music.
Chris Huston is a man of many talents and business ventures. He is currently a founder in a soon to be multi-million dollar education company. He believes first and foremost that "education is key" and no one should be without it.
Aside from it all, Huston remains humble and blessed putting God first in all his decisions. The road that his savior has taken him down has surely brought many opportunities that will only help his artistic success flourish and an even more alarming rate. With a fan base from kindergarteners to grandmothers, there is no one person that his music doesn't touch. Chris Huston has a song for everyone and everything.
