@ResurrectedTemplar - No, Raph's just teasing Leo for volunteering. Saying that he's "sucking up", like you know, trying to get on someone's good side, usually by obvious flattery or over-eagerness. So Raph's calling Leo a suck-up for automatically volunteering for the challenge.

Oh my gosh, I love how sad and alone Kelso looks at the end when JDs narrating about pride making him afraid and just hoping for someone to notice. It's great the strong people like Kelso and Cox being vulnerable from time to time.
