This channel is dedicated to the memory of Chris Curtis of The Searchers. He was the Leader of The Searchers from 1960 - 1966. Chris was an amazing talent in that he was the Drummer, yet he chose many of the A sides, wrote some of the B sides, and did a lot of the arranging for the music of the original Searchers. He provided the lovely high harmony and brought the percussion sound. He was a genius! My plan is to show case Chris here, by featuring different Lead Videos where Chris was singing lead vocal, harmony, or songs that he has written
