Thanks for the review! This system looks ridiculous! All that plastic is frightening. Honestly, all the DSLR cages are a joke. The only ones worth getting are the aluminum ones that hug the body and have power ports, but too pricey. Try doing handheld work on that rig for more than a few hours st...

@Lilkiwiguy87 Its a nice lens don't get me wrong, but for a Zeiss I was surprised at the vignetting, especially since these are supposed to cover FF (i used a 5D). GREAT diagram BTW. I did not notice it as much on the 50/85 and never shot past a 2.8/4 split on any of them. The 50 was the workhors...

Why is anyone concerned with "protection" ie metal caging for a 5D!!??? You dont see "safety cages" or "impact cages" on ANY pro camera. With that line of logic I'd expect an Alexa with airbags (aftermarket of course).
