@vgcarp I agree. The Smith machine doesn't allow free range of motion. It can be bad on the joints. Squat beginners should just start out with small ammounts of free weights. This thing isn't going to help you much.

Well for beginners it can help, you just need to have a chinese-english dictionary, which is probably the first thing you should buy if you want to learn Chinese. I would not recomend relying on google translate or an online dictionary, though those can be helpful secondary sources.
