Edit Mar 2010: For anyone who shares my love for the Anime Elfen Lied, I've found some sources on the locations used in the series. The link below provides the best information complete with maps, but I think there is one flaw with it. After comparing some photos I think the map showing the steps to the Maple Inn is off by about 100 feet or so, but the location given by the site is close.

The steps to the Maple Inn are actually located at: 35° 19' 31.39" N 139° 32' 28.95" E, and while the Inn is ficticious, it is supposed to be at 35° 19' 31.34" N 139° 32' 30.15" E.

On the site I also found a zip file containing more photographs. There are even some locations marked at http://www.wikimapia.org/ and some photos of these places were found using google maps under the MORE button. I hope that helps.

What I love most is the moral at the end. It says GENOCIDE IS WRONG to a crowd that otherwise wouldn't pay attention.
