In the motorcycle world, I am known as Hack-Man while a select few think I am Evil. In 2004, I started out on my 2004 Honda Shadow Aero 750 and have graduated to a customized 2006 Victory Vegas 8-Ball. Although I have been riding for a short five years, I have racked up 29,000 miles on the Honda and 34,000 miles on the Victory. The Teutuls, of Orange County Choppers and the show American Chopper, really sparked my interest in motorcycles; eventually, I look forward to making a very significant impact in the motorcycle world by following a very similar path of growth, heartache and pain. My first move towards making the switch from the rat race to the adrenaline-filled world of two-wheel mayhem was having the opportunity to work for Thunder Roads Magazine as a salesperson, photographer and freelance writer. Soon after, I found myself on Arlens doorstep and rode out on a my second ride; I volunteered to be in charge of the second-generation Ness Riders group where I organized many group rides to picturesque destination and did such a kick ass job that I was asked to work for them as a salesperson/tour guide. A year later, I was introduced to the guys at Santa Rosa Vee Twin; I interned for them and absorbed a wealth of knowledge regarding the motorcycle business from a dealerships as well as an after market parts manufacturer perspective. My latest affiliation with a motorcycle dealership was with Grumpy Bears Motorsports as their consultant and parts manager. On the other side of the motorcycle world, I took the poor mans route to learning how to wrench on bikes at Sacramento City College. I have completed all but two classes to earn my certificate as a Motorcycle Maintenance Technician. Lately, I have converted "my half" of the garage into a man cave aka Top Notch Motorsports shop; I have worked on my own rides as well as a few of my buddies bikes here and there. Currently, both bikes are long on-going projects for up and coming bike shows and my intent is use my networking and affiliation with Bikernet.com and Bikernetmetric.com will get me there.Still within the realm of extreme sports and interests, MMA/NHB fighting has been a favorite of mine since I wasted some money on a Tyson Pay-Per-View fight many years ago. I trained with legendary Cal Worsham of Team X, as well as studied the martial art known as Perrys Full Circle and Iron Wing under the guidance of 40-year veteran Grandmaster Jody Perry and his prodigy of a son, Sensei Jay Perry. I have now affiliated myself with Team Carnage, Huckabas Next Generation MMA and decided to get involved with Pankration with the hopes of working with a Team USA for the 2012 Olympics. Watch out, Top Notch Fighter is coming!!!
Chonky and Hack-Man have joined forces to start a t-shirt company known as Chonky Brothers. The concept of Blanco Basura (White Trash translation of White Trash) and Brians Broke Dick Dogs were our inspiration and now we are working on our first sets of clients and creating a buzz in the industry but looking into MMA and Motorsports through sponsoring the up-in-coming Pankration athletes, MMA cage fighters and the gear heads found in the race scene. Check us out on www.FullThrottleTV.net for the latest news on our progress. Look for us on a fighters shorts, on a fans back and an on-line store coming soon!!!
Speaking of racing, 3-D Crew is a concept for all the SPEED FREAKS out there. You know who you are: 100+ MPH club members who like to take their ride and self to the limit. Whether it is on two wheels, four wheels or on the water, you are really a member of the 3-D Crew (triple digits on the speedometer). The motto here is race inspired and adrenaline driven.
My philosophy in life is what you make of it. It is all about the "hustling. I hope that in the near future, I can tell Corporate American where to stick it. Do you want to know more about Top Notch Industries? Hit me up and I will let you in on the "Plan.
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to meet others with an interest or experience in the leading industries of today: motorcycles, hot rods, imports, MMA/cage fighting, photography, fashion/design, tattoos, music production and American Pit Bull Terriers.
@roflwithurGF You have to as an amateur. It is part of being a fighter for C.A.M.O.
