Us Americans can get 500+BHP 8 l engines. The 502 big block engine made by Chevy comes with 502 BHP out of the box. The 572 big block also made by Chevy gets 620 BHP or 720 BHP out of the box. The 502 is an 8.2 l engine The 572 is an 9.4 l engine
