Hi i Go through this as well! i'm not diagnosed with it but i know that is what is happening to me, i sometimes go out and i feel the need to go back home, last time i went out with the hubby to a restaurant i couldn't stay there longer then one hour, i felt like i was starting to have a panic attacks, i couldn't stay there any longer,i started to hear everyone talking at the same time which was causing my heart to beat fast, and like i couldn't breath, i just had to return home! i know how you feel not being able to go out, you are not alone girl! please check out this girl right here i will give you the link to her channel she also suffers from Agoraphobia her you tube name is
