Larry Tamblyn and John Fleck are both original members. In the early '60s, Larry was the sole lead singer. He also sang on numerous album cuts, such as "Mr. Nobody" (flip side of "Why Pick on Me". How many active '60s rock group have more than two original members?

@monkeeman1966 I represent the Standells and that is correct. The song, written and sung by Larry, was recorded on the sound stage specifically for this episode. It is never been released on record or CD.

Actually, this is taken from the "Standells In Person at PJ's" and "Standells Live and Out of Sight" albums. "Bony Maronie" was issued to MGM Records under special license for the movie sound track.

This is from the Standells Live Ones EP. It was recorded Live at Michigan State University in 1966, without the Standells knowledge, and wasn't released until 2000 on Sundazed Records (with Standells agreement).
