Hi Youtubers!
I am chinese and live since many years in Germany. I respect the human rights of other minorities in China and am informed about the ongoing oppression from the government to minorities and even to my own folk.
My grandfather has been arrested and put in to jail for over 15 years, just for criticizing our government in China. He never recovered psychologically.
I also see that my homecountry China is still not ready for a democratic system.
That's maybe because we were driven into dependence by our government. And they are blocking every chance for such a system.

There's an ongoing historical struggle between tibetans, westerns and chinese and other asians, wether Tibet has ever been a part of China or not, and some Users are putting videos from old feudal systems in Tibet.
I can only say this is wrong, it might be true that this feudal system existed in Tibet. But slavery also still existed in many part of China. Every Nation might have had its own dark shadows in the past, even we Chinese. But we must realize that we have thrown in tibet at the deep end with our political system. Tibet didn't had the chance to develop by itself. So we need to give them better human rights or authority.

Even I ralize that our so called great leader Mao was nothing more than a illusionist.
His gret leap forward has cost too many souls. Was Mao ever convinced of the ideology of marxism or communism which were introduced trough the russians? Or did he just pretend his interest for using it to gain power?
The culture revolution was no better than the great leap forward. It was still this man, called Mao who tried to force it.
The so called culture revolution was nothing more than a massacre. It's a shame that the people who served Mao at these times are still holding high positions.

I know that we've suffered in the past from different western nations who tried to swallow our land with opium. But we can't blame the whole white race, because there where many countries which weren't involved in the opium war. And we shouldn't blame these generations for the actions their previous generation has undertaken. Don't forget there are enough westerners who love and support China!
------------------------------------------
Some western people keep pointing the finger at China without any reason, some of them are americans. Americans before doing this think about your own country think about your own human rights problems, guantanamo still exists, Where's the sense in doing war in Iraq? and why do some of you support Bush? Think about that before screaming "Free Tibet"

Nowadays it is significant for us chinese not only to go abroad for studying but to learn about our political history. About the mistakes we have made in the past and to search for opportunities to develop our country, not only economically also politically. We are the folk, we should have the power or at least part of the power not our government. I am for a political change, we need a more democratic political system.
--------------------------------------
I am a proud chinese and I love our country, people and culture!
But I am not proud of our government and the politics they make.
------------------------------------------
My deepest regrets to Hu Jia and his family and all the others who are suffering right now just for criticising our government.
TO ADMIT FAILURES DOESN'T MEAN LOSING HIS FACE BUT IT SHOWS REAL STRENGTH!
SHOW YOUR STRENGTH!
