About this user

I use a great variety of found images to create drawings and one-of-a-kind books, formal structures containing hybrid imagery and narratives that reflect our present circumstances and how we negotiate issues of power and transcendence. Artifacts of process, my drawings and books are objects as well as images, with a strong sculptural presence. My books are sequential in nature, while my drawings happen all at once. I consider each book to be a separate work of art, an object to the second or third power, a portal.
