Why did you get a mass gainer? You don't look like an ectomorph - so you shouldn't have too much trouble putting on weight. All your going to get from all those extra calories is fat, not muscle. Does this benefit you as a powerlifter having all that extra weight/fat?

One of the few videos I have to disagree with. I've done a lot of bulking and cutting and to be honest it is not worth it. As you've said, it is hard as hell to put on muscle. Why the fuck would you want to gain a whole lot of fat too?
