Of all the artists of the 1960s, Gary Puckett (& the Union Gap) has to rank in the top ten. It makes me wish I had done all of my growing up in that decade! Music will never reach this artistic type of quality ever again. 1969 was a great year for music, for sure!
Bravo, Gary Puckett!

I had a copy of this 45 back in 1984. Great song by Phil Collins! From the motion picture soundtrack "Against All Odds". Atlantic Records' 45s had a cool design! That's why I bought so many of these back in the day!

Being from the States, I was unaware of the impressive body of music Terry Jacks put out, because here in the U.S., Terry's only known for two songs - "Seasons In The Sun" (solo) & "Which Way You Goin' Billy" (a duet with wife Susan Jacks in The Poppy Family). Great song!

This is the original 1974 recording right from the record company. Years later Terry did a remake but I still think this one is still the best. Enjoy!

I wonder if the title's referring to various parties where Dan Hartman would entertain musicians & guests at his home in Westport, Connecticut? Dan's music was quite the crowd pleaser, for sure! He's sadly missed.

From The Edgar Winter Group to solo, Dan Hartman could be quite versatile in his musical stylings. He was always one to take chances, which I admired about Dan. There will never be another musician quite like him.

Wow, I forgot how grand & innovative a track this is! A much better track than "Break My Stride"! Surprising that "The Kid's American" charted much lower, which made it to #33 on the Billboard chart. I haven't heard this in over 25 years! A lost gem from 1984!
