I take the 5 mg (5,000) of Biotin , and the Hair Skin and Nails :) that walmart sells. Let me tell you it has made all the difference in the world! And I like Dove shampoos because they are very gentle.

spf 15 is not strong enough, apparently spf 30 - 55's are the ones you should be using. spf15 when applied, isn't concentrated enough. I use neutrogena's healthy skin make up with spf 55 :)
