About this user
Rlung-pa - Buddhist Order, practicing Tibetan Buddhism. Rlung-pa is based on Nyingma, Kargyu, Gelug, and other traditions, is non secterian, and establishing a new, European tradition. Rlung-pa is maintaining a pure lineage of teachings of the Tibetan traditions, but actualizes the need for the establishment of a European Order that facilitates European culture and traditions, as Buddhism facilitated Tibetan culture and tradition whan arriving in Tibet.
A central element in the work of Rlung-pa is to benefit all sentient beings, "in practice" thus celebrating diversity in Buddhism, rather than letting secterianist issues prevent those in need from receiving Dharma Teaching, Meditation Teachings, Counselling, as well as a Host of other services, such as ceremonies for the ill, the deceased, at holidays, etc..
Serving the Buddhist Community in Denmark, regardless which of the traditions of Buddhism the individ is practicing. Hospital visits of ill, terminally ill and dying Buddhists, as well as Not-Buddhists in need of Loving Kindness and Compassion, Dharma teaching and Yoga for all, free of charge of course.
Rlung-pa and "all" it´s activities are financed by donations only, and everyone is wellcome to get a status of Rlung-pa economy at any time.
