Welcome To Our You Tube Online Cookery Channel.

We hope to help & teach you through our videos. We teach both the professional and amateur chefs. All our videos are created live in our restaurant and then sent to you!

We put our food where the competitions are!

We lead and compete with the Irish Culinary Team in international professional culinary competitions and have brought back many medals including the coveted Gold Medal for Best in Competition.

Chef Brendan judges many culinary competitions internationally to Gold Medal Standard, as well as being the European director for the World Association of Chefs.

Chef Bryan not only cooks and competes along side Chef Brendan, he is also winner of several technology awards in Ireland. Their new site will also be competing for technology and educational awards for cookery.

With a combined 70 years plus of professional cookery experience in some of the top international kitchens behind them, as well as knowing each other for the last 26 years. We are sure that you will find something of interest to watch on their site!

Part of our mission statement is to digitize to video, the skills that are now longer being taught in professional kitchens today. Our site is not only for kitchen professionals but also for the amateur chef too, in fact anyone that enjoys cooking and just wants to explore what else they can do with food.
