Chef! Thank you for your videos wonderful!!! im a dummy, never even knew how to make a sandwich but now i am in deep interest in this whole cooking thing after watching your video, im pretty much kitchen-illiterate, so i have a question.
In your video Valentine's day Scallops, that was beautiful by the way, my question is the Mozzarella pieces were they raw? or what do i do with them? I really want to give it a go at cooking these Scallops for my lady so let me know =)

Love the concept! You can't learn how to cook from just reading a cookbook Any more than you can learn Japanese from reading a Japanese Novel! Love it!

Since comments aren't allowed, I just want to say your latest video on cook books vs. recipe books was great. At first I thought it would be kind of dumb and technical but you make an extremely good point, and some of the books look great. Any idea where I can get the flavor bible? That one looked extremely useful.
