Love the concept! You can't learn how to cook from just reading a cookbook Any more than you can learn Japanese from reading a Japanese Novel! Love it!

Since comments aren't allowed, I just want to say your latest video on cook books vs. recipe books was great. At first I thought it would be kind of dumb and technical but you make an extremely good point, and some of the books look great. Any idea where I can get the flavor bible? That one looked extremely useful.

RE: "What are the best cookbooks?"

Why don't YOU write a cookbook? I want to buy a cookbook made by YOU!

I guess its okay that the video's are gone. All you need is one really! Just gotta get people motivated to try it themselves :D Simple trial and error. ) It's not really a "method" as much as it is a basic part of being human; learning. RIGHT? :D

I am super excited to find this site! I have been looking for just such a site! I fell in love with cooking about four years ago. But, I can't afford the time or money for formal training. I can't wait to dive in and see what I can learn. Thank you for your instruction chef!
