Jean Pierre, thank you so much for putting al these cooking recipies on youtube, i have just started my chefing aprenticship and i had to find somthing good to do for a up coming wedding so i looked at you'r cream catalana video and it was great veary easy and simple but at the same time looking great, im going to try it out and see what the head chef has too say. but thx for posting them all love you work ^_^

Thank you for your kind comments. "Cooking 101" was a fun set of DVDs to make. I have had to put "Cooking 201" on hold for the time being, due to my schedule. Currently, I am developing a cooking series for public television, exploring a second show with my good friend Chip Davis, and expanding my school. I'll let you know as things progress.

Chef Jean PIerre, I love your cooking 101 videos! In the back it says that cooking 201 will be out in fall of 2006, but I don't see it on your site. Will it be coming out soon?
