I'm a freelance writer, baker and candlestick maker - oh wait - I don't make candlesticks but I am an experienced Artisan bread and pastry baker who freelance writes as well as produces my own instructional blogs, slide shows and videos to teach others how to make all kinds of incredibly yummy stuff. While baking is my passion, I have an enormous cooking repertoire that I can share with you.

While I'm completely at home in a professional kitchen, I tend to have the most kitchen disasters ever whenever I bake at home, so tune in for some good food and laughs with me.

In the meantime, I'll have to work on those candlesticks...
