"Freedom of movement is basic in our scheme of values. Our nation, wrote Chafee, has thrived on the principle that, outside areas of plainly harmful conduct, every American is left to shape his own life as he thinks best, do what he pleases, go where he pleases." - Justice William Douglas

Let's try these attempts at intimidation on for starters: * There's normally 3-5 agents present, in this video there were over a dozen * You can hear the agents banging on the side of the vehicle towards the beginning of the video * The agents call out my name twice making it clear they knew who I was which makes the entire seizure clearly unlawful * The agents ran a blue gloved inspector around the vehicle with a camera absent reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing (4 days ago)

Sorry - I accidently deleted this comment when I meant to respond to it. Regarding sobriety checkpoints, it depends on what State you live in & what State law authorizes. Open Records requests to several Arizona County Sheriff's and local police departments for copies of departmental Sobriety Checkpoint Guidelines have revealed that individuals stopped at sobriety checkpoints cannot be detained merely for refusing to roll down their window or otherwise interact with the stopping officer.
