Terry, I know you haven't uploaded anything new in a while.. what I was wondering is if you could tell us about any gadgets that can diffuse all of theirs. Or where to begin looking. I know operating low light strobes I've heard can negate the cams and plate flaggers. Not sure if that's true.

Question: If their dog gives an alert, even though you know there are not drugs in your car and basically the officers want to give you a hard time. How to you challenge the alert and when tell you they can serch your car and you need to get out. Do you have to?

I have videos up of drug dogs being run around my vehicle at these checkpoints biomechanicalclone. Not much you can do about it in the short term. I give them hell every time their handler allows their dog to come into contact with my vehicle which is quite often. I'll also challenge any alleged dog alert, which they'll use as a pretext for probable cause, as far up the legal chain as I can but other than that, I'm just documenting at this stage.

There are lots of legal challenges that can be made regarding how the Border Patrol utilize these drug sniffing dogs along with their very presence at a limited scope 'immigration' checkpoint but court challenges are messy, expensive, time consuming, etc & I'm still involved in a court challenge on a different checkpoint issue from 9 years ago.

Wow- that's pretty good. Apparently they really are legally powerless when away from the border. As we have seen in other videos, some of them will overstep their legal boundaries. Do you have any videos showing what to do when you are trapped behind cars which they have stopped, and they walk dogs along the line of cars to sniff away our rights? This offends me far more than impeding my progress and asking me to declare my citizenship.

If those Border Patrol agents were trying to protect the country, they'd be on the border patrolling it instead of harassing domestic traffic inside the country absent suspicion. People like you think you're somehow making the country better but are just making it easier for authoritarians to violate individual rights, due process, the rule of law & the principles this country was founded on.
