@taye10198 Anne's mother died in Auschwitz in January 1945. It was Miep Gies (one of the people who helped the Franks, van Pels and Mr Pfeffer in hiding) who died in 2010 aged 100. Anne Frank would have been 83 this year (as of 12th June 2012) had she survived.
