should i get this i am 15 your old going to be 16 i kinda have anxiety i only had 1 panic attack and after that i just told myself to chill also i never was a hypocondriact untill that night but all of a sudden i thought everything was wrong with me my anxiety is sometime bad like when i wake up in panic some nights all so im starting to get like a little bit of ocd but i never had it befor will this help me??????!!!!???111/// i wanna be normal again

my name is Pamela, first of all, sorry but my english isnt very good. Well im 23 years old, and i have panic desorder since I am 18 years old. I taked a lot of medicine!!
my life has not been easy, 3 weeks ago i have to leave my job and my study, because this problem. .. and my doctor said: you have to take more mg of sertraline (150mg), because i cant get give you more clonazepam (i take 3 mg daily), and you have to get some apartment and live alone.. well that sound stupid to me, because im scared when im alone..
now im with the linden method, and trying to leave that medication (im the the second week), i just want to be free of all that drugs!! and have a normal life! i hope your method can help me.. i have faith in this. i read the book and i think you are a genius, really!
all we need is there! and on our minds..

Hi Charles, I'm a person who suffers from PTSD since a car accident 15 years ago. I have so many questions, and would appreciate if someone can tell me if these methods apply to all phobias around the anxiety? I can't seem to find anyone on the internet who has overcome a swallowing phobia, and this worries me because I don't see an end to this. about 2 Weeks ago I finished saving up to Purchase your program. I must say.. so far it seems to be going really well.. The Panic Attacks have stopped as i no longer fear the sensations, I still have a High Level of Anxitey from day to day but it seems that is decreasing and also the amount of sensation experienced at one time is also decreasing. Im VERY excited to think of what is ahead of me. So from the Bottom of my heart, i want to say THANK YOU, thanking you for taking the time to write the program and thank you for your support. I hope that in time i can post a recovery story for you here on you tube...
