You have to remember that many of the Democrats from the 60s became Republicans after the Civil Rights movement. The only people who care about that red herring crap are partisan (non-)thinkers. People need to actually do some reading rather than using sound bites, lacking full context, to shape their political opinions. But it seems that when television personalities tell them to get outraged about something meaningless, they jump to comply. Have we gone insane?
