I've never gone to a salon to get my hair colored. I do home jobs every time. Its simple, cheap and if you stuff up its only your own fault. (though I haven't had a stuff up yet- I'm naturally that ash color they turned your hair and I use blond highlights to lighten it up and give it some zing.
