If my car is rated to tow 1400kg unbraked and can still sit pull up from 100km/h alright I don't think I need to upgrade the brakes unless its going to be used for a reasonable amount of track use.

It survives a couple of track days a month and all the street fun I can have and still keep my lice...

@cba1067950 don't hate on VW CCs, they're awesome with the suspension stiffened up a bit. Then again my 50 yr old dad did sell his for GTi (now chipped and on good rubber) because he didn't want to look like an old person... Sorry Derek.

@nzroadrider agree all three cars this morning were a bit short of beautiful. Lotus looks like the smaller LFA concept and 6 series is ugly town. Opening creek crossing looks like the start of the staircase? I came off in the rain and broke my clutch lever at the bars going up there. Back to Ponderossa with no clutch:(
