Since ivy yields no log or item when cut, you can stay at the plant for hours and hours without ever needing to bank. This is fine, don't get me wrong, but the only profit that you can possibly gain from this are the nests and the seeds that you can get out of those.
Well if you have 69 summoning, you're in luck, because you can chop the ivy and spam the fruit fall scoll at the same time, which yields papayas that you can pick up and sell for around 1.2k each (prices may vary).
