Channel 405 is a network of freelancers headed by freelance cameraman & engineer Tim Ward, who have pooled their resources & kit creating a flexible & creative TV video & audio production facility. The kit, the talent, the experience & the passion are all here!

Our technical skills are reflected in the "retro" name Channel 405, a tribute to the worlds first all electronic TV service. Now we have 1080 line HDTV but it all started with 405 lines! 405 line TV was a unique British invention that introduced the world to this medium we call Television!
