Two things I can never find, A good person to cut my hair and a great mechanic to handle all my family's automotive needs. I decided to start this business with everything I wanted in a mechanic. Here was my list 1. I want a mechanic who loves what they do. If a person is only fixing water pumps in minivans all day, he will get bored. That's why we have the performance and classic car restoration portions of the business. 2. They must be excellent at their work, have as many certifications and as much experience as possible. 3. I have to trust them - Trust is something developed between people over time and experiences. Other places didn't have the same employees from one month to the next, how and who am I putting my trust in. 4. I'm sick of the hard sell and the scare tactics, I want someone to tell me what's wrong and what it will take to fix my car or let me know that everything is OK with no charge and we'll see you in a few months when you stop back by.
