The tied up lady is indeed the little girl, but the reason she's institutionalized is because she obviously never got over her childhood abuse.By the way her father touches her shoulder with a creepy smile is pretty obvious.Then there's the scene with the black hand marks, as though her father's touch has sullied her. The black angel is her guardian angel trying to protect her from her father's abuse.

Is about a girl who when she was younger was molested,raped,and physically abused by that man in the ugly sweater.She then come to realize she hates her life.When the angel with the black wings comes it signifies her savoir from this pain:death.She grows up suicidal not wanting to live.When she is older she is institutionalized for depression but in the end she kills herself anyway.That's why you see black feathers fall on top of her,because her savior is back.This little girl had the perfect life, with her mom and dad, until she was molested/raped by the man with the red/blue sweater, her parents the people at the beggining eyes were taped shut because they couldn't see what happened to her so she was put in a mental hospital for suicide, and the angel guy, was her inner self, fighting to get over what happened to her, that's why they were fighting. the arms holding her down was the man that hurt her.

The story of this song is that the lead singers girlfriend had her soul stolen by the grim reaper and her soul was brought to hell that's y her skin is all wierd looking and she hangs herself. Next the lead singer comes in and sees her hanging from the ceiling. He trys to revive her but he can't so he goes and tries to end it all but finds out he is in a mental hospital with a strait jacket on. This is y it's called inside the fire because her soul was taken to hell and he's mad as hell....David might of had a girl kill herself, but he degraded himself--- illustrating his demonic views and glorifing death and destruction---just shows you how david has lost touch to humanity. He is NOT the person to express sympathy, when he likes to elude from it...
