Philip Norman on John Lennon
Philip Norman talks about his biography of John Lennon - former Beatle and musical genius.
This man's books is absolutely amazing. I just finished it tonight, actually, and I'm just devastated that it's over. Norman unearthed so much. This man did John Lennon justice. Just heartbreaking. Read this book.

Yoko Ono: "Hard Time Are Over" (1980)
A great pop song written by Yoko Ono from the album "Double Fantasy" in 1980.
I'm sure Yoko wrote most of this song. But there's one bit that just sounds so John: "The leaves are shining in the sun."
It's really sad that John and Yoko didn't get to collaborate more on songs. Many of Yoko's songs that John helped produce (or whatever he did) are awesome.

This song is deep. I remember I took out "It's Alright (I See Rainbows)" from the library when I was a lot younger. I remember hearing this song. This was the one song that stood out. I understood it fine then, sure, but I think now, that I'm a bit older, I understand its significance a little mo...
