The Company was founded late in the year 1910 when local businessman, W.J. Botterill, decided to open a real estate office to take advantage of the impending real estate boom. By early 1911 the company grew to three and was called Latimer, Botterill and Hill. Mr. Botterill guided and grew with the company until joined by Frank McKee, coming from Webb, Saskatchewan in 1946. Frank, was joined in partnership with Mel Cunningham in the mid-fifties when W.J. passed away. The Company then became known as Botterill, McKee, Cunningham Ltd. In 1962 Charly Anderson purchased the shares of Mel Cunningham. The Company name was changed to Botterill McKee Anderson Ltd.
In 1976, the Company joined a young, growing franchise organization that has proven to be a Real Estate phenomenon, CENTURY 21. CENTURY 21 has grown from a few offices in 1972, to the World's Largest Real Estate Organization. For all its size, CENTURY 21 is unique in that each office is individually owned and operated, and that allows us to operate the way we work best in our local market.
