About Centro Raccontami - Italian Language & Cultural Arts Center
Centro Raccontami is an Italian Language and Cultural Arts Center founded by Dr. Katia Moltisanti Tennyson. Located in the heart of Manhattan, the center offers a variety of workshops for children and adults everyday of the week. Centro Raccontami is a non-profit organization.
The mission of Centro Raccontami is to support and promote creative and dynamic workshops that connect students to authentic Italian life through people, language, art and music.
Students learn to create with their hands, sing with their voices, imagine with their minds, and listen and speak to communicate. In an atmosphere of creative spontaneity, we offer native Italian instructors, educated in Italian Universities, to provide the most authentic experience in learning.
At Centro Raccontami, we believe that teaching is a creative form of art. Our workshops are designed to teach Italian through the arts.
