Worldwide mandatory enforcement of the new YouTube channel layouts goes into effect March 1st, 2012.

This mandatory change is part of a site-wide managerial effort to help mitigate infringing criminal copyright violators and designed to help reduce liability by YouTube and its parent corporation, Google Inc, resultant to soon expected passage of the *revised* US Senate bills HR-3261-2 (SOPA2) & HR-968-2 (PIPA2) which fundamentally changes the way you will use and access Internet-based information and content, as provisioned under the auspices of United Nations and the US Federal Government under the Obama Administration.

We take freedom of speech very seriously...

However, the notion of your 'right' to publicly express yourself on YouTube is allowable only upon the condition that such speech and content is not prohibitive to the conventions outlined in YouTube Community Guidelines, and not constituent to unpatriotic incitement of others to commit unlawful acts of protest against the established rule of law, including the inclusion of SOPA and PIPA acts, which are now pending passage by the US Senate and President Barack Obama.

If you feel your rights have been violated by another user or feel offended, your feelings hurt or defamed by any comment or video, please do not hesitate to submit a complaint to:

We will review the complaint and take immediate action on your behalf to censor the comment or video, in addition we will forward your grievance directly to YouTube staff anonymously, pending deletion of the video or comment in question, notwithstanding suspension and/or termination of the accused user filed in your complaint.

We average 92% suspension rate on channels whose activity clearly illustrate violations of Community Guidelines and 100% censorship and removal on prohibited comments.

Furthermore, we endorse ANY censorship legislation as proposed, signed and passed by the President and/or the US Federal Government. NDAA (passed) SOPA /PIPA (pending) are clearly steps in the right direction in securing the necessary "Change" promised to voters by President Barak Obama during his inaugural speech in 2008. We applaud Obama's efforts and stand beside the President to help thwart any rogue individual who speaks against "change" or renounces their patriotic duty to support and help strengthen our national homeland security.

Internet Censorship is a good thing, once all the facts are known.
