Welcome to the CefFoundation youtube channel. This channel was made to raise awareness about the childhood drowning statistics and to help put a stop to childhood drowning. In loving memory of Christian E Frechette.
About CefFoundation's channel
The Cef Foundation was set up by Derek Frechette, after his 4 year old son drowned at a local town run camp on July 13th 2007. The Cef foundation wants to raise money so they can provide life jackets to lakes, camps and pools. This is currently in the state of Massachusetts, however, Derek intends to take it to all states and countries before he is done.
