Ce N'est Pas Une Bande

Well this is our band. We're a two man group but we'll often have other people playing along with us because we need friends.

We play indie and folk rock. Meaning one of us wears thick rimmed glasses and the other has shaggy hair...it's just a rule.

Our band name is french, it means "This is not a band"

We're not French, nor are we French-Canadian. Our band name is inspired from our own favourite band, Said the Whale. On their drum is painted "C'eci N'est Pas Une Boutierre". That translates to "This is not a drum", its apparently based off some old painting. We thought it was quite witty, and thus were we named Ce N'est Pas Une Bande.

We're living in Calgary, Alberta right now and attending high school.
