had the same sensitivity problems. one night 7 or 8 will feel slow, the next will feel like 7 or is a sensitivity of 15 so i have to switch to 3 or 4. so much lag compensation as well in mw3. this game is not as awesome as mw2

i only use a fps freek on the right stick as well, but i cut the white piece off of the original ones and super glued it to my joystick. it was awesome until my friend tried to rip it off and tore the joystick off of the axis.
