Try using a really hard yarn mallet perhaps, it'll soften up the attack a little but it won't scuff the glass. I'd really like to hear it with the resonators though, the glass has a cool timbre and I'd like to hear it with long sustained notes

Wow, that was incredible. As a fellow percussionist I find the marimba to be the most beautiful sounding instrument out there, and hide and seek seems to be quickly turning into a classic of our generation. This is quality, well done guys, well done.
