Well, it's a "most likely" scenario. On the site there's a bunch of stuff that you unscramble that's been based on stuff that we've been asking, i.e, "Where is Ozwell?" "Sheva Knew" "Raccoon City wasn't the End", and "She is Alive". It's basically an assumption it's Jill they're talking about, since she's the only one we're wondering about.
