I am a Holistic Family Healing Practitioner trained in a variety of healing techniques that help people find Inner Peace Through Generational Family Healing. I invite you to be gentle, compassionate, and courageous as you put down your weapon of choice and step into a field of Grace.

My approach is beyond talk and straight to the heart. While talking often serves us well, sometimes it just isn't enough. Some psychological, emotional, or spiritual challenges are so deeply ingrained in our psyche that we need a new approach.

I am certified in multiple disciplines which allows me to customize a therapy specifically designed to address individual client needs.

My certifications include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Integrative Kinesiology, Deepak Chopras Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Hellingers Family Systems Work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Positive Discipline, and Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) for couples.

Whether a client's challenges include childhood trauma, substance abuse, financial concerns, family troubles, depression / anger, or other obstacles to peace, their commitment to the process of growth and change gives them the power to completely transform their life at any time. When they're ready to move beyond their story - their personal paradigm - tremendous growth can occur in just a short period of time.

I am very excited to share that I have released my first book, "The Soul Of The Heart". This is a book of Heart Whispers. It includes beautiful photography of the Pacific Northwest, mandalas, quotes and whispers from my heart to your heart.

I have also released a "The Soul Of The Heart" meditation series. In this three-part CD, we journey inward to the Heart of the Matter. Each meditation is approximately 10 minutes long, and if done with conscious intention, can be experienced as a ritual. The first part welcomes in the new day, the second part focuses on the power of acknowledging those who came before us, our ancestors, and the last meditation closes the day with gratitude and appreciation.
