Cathartic Studios is an independent video production company based in Brighton and established in 2000.
It is mainly focused, but not restricted to, aspects of music promotion, including music videos, tour/studio diaries and live videos.

The founder, Ben Cordell, is an director, editor, screenwriter and cinematographer.

Ben has worked as a runner and assistant adjudicator at London Studios for ITV for a period of time, was an assistant editor for Back2Back Productions 'Paul Potts: By Royal Appointment' which was shown on ITV and head editor for various pieces for Crip LTD.
