Catawba Lands Conservancy is a nonprofit land trust that works with willing landowners to save land in North Carolina's Southern Piedmont to preserve a healthy, natural environment for future generations. As lead agency for the Carolina Thread Trail, we connect lives to nature by inviting people outdoors to hike, bike, paddle and play on a 15-county network of trails and greenways that will ultimately connect more than 2 million people in the Carolinas.
